紐約傍晚的街道上，到處是來匆匆下班的人們，手裡拿著各式各樣的公事包，但不約而同的是手裡多了一份隨處可見、瀰漫濃濃香氣的熱狗堡，這樣的人文風特色。
在美加地區，一直十分普及，每個街口巷弄都各自駐領一個熱狗販，沒有惡性削價競爭．每個熱狗販都默默照顧蒸箱裡的麵包和熱狗，等待每一個上門的客人。
攤子上擺滿了各式配料，任由客人盡情搭配，隨手可得又頂級的享受。
