Xi Shan chooses the best food from all over the world to be its cooking ingredients. The chefs preserve traditional Chinese cooking techniques and methods in conjunction with the creation of new cuisines. For instance, shark fins are added to spice up the ordinary dim sum with a touch of specialty and delicacy. Monosodium glutamate will not be used and all selected ingredients are guaranteed to be fresh and healthy.
