The principal element used, San Felice flour, is grinded by expert millers in Naples. The Buffala Mozzarella cheese is made with milk from water buffalos raised in the marshlands of Campania and Lazio. The San Marzano tomatoes are vine ripened on the volcanic plains below Mount Vesuvius.
Once we arrange each piece of Italy onto a canvas of soft dough, the pizza enters our Artisan Veloce Wood Ovens where it is finished in 60 seconds.
