My gourmet candied pecans began as Christmas presents. Now they're sold online, and will soon be sold in farmers markets! They are evenly coated in sweet, crunchy, perfectly salty goodness, Saigon cinnamon, and Mexican vanilla extract. Some call them crack nuts, and I'm okay with that.
