Three Drops Espresso

A new venture by one of Melbourne's emerging new generation of coffee providers, John Polyzos, Three Drops Espresso is inspired by the flavours and chic tones of Northern Italy, and the excitement of Melbourne's coffee landscape. Partnering with Toby's Estate Roasters, John brings Toby's full flavoured, unique blends to Collins Street, consistently delivering a textured, aromatic and balanced espresso to his clientele . Through a combination of classic full bodied beans and a thoughtful approach to coffee preparation, Three Drops Espresso creates an atmosphere of enjoyment and satisfaction, which only an inspired coffee can provide.
