The Meat Locker is dedicated to bringing back the lost art of charcuterie with a passion stemming from organic, regional products, like house-made sausages and cured meats. And although we love our meats, don’t get us wrong, there’s a lot more than meat going on at this eatery. Customers can find fresh cheeses along with a variety of made to order sandwiches, salads and soups, as well as vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free items. Specials will change as the seasons do, so be sure to stop by often to see what Chef Mark Henry is serving up!
Just in case you’re seeing double, two areas inside Ivywild will make up The Meat Locker. On the east side of the hallway you can order food to go at the delicatessen or stay and soak up the ambiance. Enjoy your delicious sandwich and people watch. Then on the other side, also located near Ivywild’s west entrance, is the charcuterie where you can order fresh meat to take home.
