Sustainable and Ethical Coffee

An extended backpacking journey through Asia brought recent Wilfrid Laurier University graduates, Geetha Thurairajah and Gregory McKenzie to the Cordillera Mountains of Northern Philippines. This seminal trip brought them to an agro-forest as volunteers on a natural, organic and shade-grown coffee farm, specializing in wild-civet cat conservation.
