The story of Susanna started in Verona, Italy from the dream of three brothers who, after working alongside the great pizza masters of Italy opened their first restaurant, called Il Giglio in 1995 - drawing inspirations from their native Florentine symbol

When it came time to open the doors of their New York location the brothers pay homage to their mamma, “Susanna.” Their signature authentic ingredients and traditional Italian technique of pizza making produce results that are crispy, flavorful with surprising blends of tradition and innovation. The highly sharable pizzas stands out in taste, presentation have a craveable magical aroma that stimulates a desire to explore all of the offerings on our menu.
