Special Kitchen (Pte Ltd) is established as a social enterprise, with an objective in providing excellent dining experience. It is a restaurant serving fresh ingredients, and also the first restaurant in Singapore that caters to people with disabilities; breaking down the barriers between them and the able-bodied customers. The main objective is to promote and further enhance social cohesion in our society today, bringing about positive influences on society awareness to the older and younger generations. Special apparatus are also provided to aid in their convenience. To create further awareness, special events will be held to educate the public. As a result, we hope to be able to aid in or forefront the successful integration of the physically challenged into the able-bodied mainstream.
