The Solomon Guest House is a practicum venue for Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts students of De La Salle- College of St. Benilde.
The theme for Solomon Guest House Batch 26 is CUISINA AMERICANA.
Why Cuisina Americana?
Cuisina Americana simply means American Cuisine. Although the word "cuisina" does not really exist, Batch 26 came up with it by combining two words: "cocina" which means kitchen in Spanish, and "cuisine" which is a characteristic manner or style of preparing food.
For this term, SGH will be serving some American favorites such as hamburgers, potato wedges, buffalo wings, quesadillas, milk shakes and many more. These items are prepared with the utmost care and passion so guests are ensured of great quality food.
