For some, baking is a hobby. For others, it's serious business.
At Serious Business Pastries, we believe in some pretty serious stuff. For starters, all pastry treats need to be absolutely scrumptious, otherwise they’re not really treats at all. We think most cookies should be thick, never too thin, and they should be bendable and soft. Tart dough ought to be delectably flaky. And if you really must know, we also think George Harrison was the best Beatle, and that Han shot Greedo first at the Mos Eisley Cantina (we just want to be honest, here).
Every day we make our pastries from scratch. We use all-natural ingredients, and never any preservatives or artificial flavors. We use organic products when possible, and make every effort to use local sources.
