Il Ristorante Il Vero Alfredo a P.zza Augusto Imperatore è lo storico locale dove si possono gustare le “uniche” e famosissime fettuccine al "doppio burro" la cui fama ha avuto un grandioso eco internazionale a partire dagli anni ’20 quando, tra i clienti del ristorante, la celebre coppia di attori americani Mary Pickford e Douglas Fairbanks regalò ad Alfredo le mitiche posate d’oro con le quali da quel momento mangiarono le più celebri personalità mondiali. Di padre in figlio, di figlio in nipote, la dinastia e la tradizione di Alfredo continua dal 1908 ad oggi.
