I was hoping there would be some Pullled Pork on there, but when the sandwich was delivered, I opened it up and saw that there was approximately 2 TEASPOONS (and that is probably being generous) of Pulled Pork and it had no flavor whatsoever. The rest of the sandwich was just cole slaw, lettuce & tomatoes. I can't believe I had to pay $10.00 for a bun full of lettuce, tomatoes, cole slaw and french fries. I will say the french fries were delicious. I was hoping for a nice lunch, but guess that wasn't in the cards........ I would have said something to the waitress, but my husband and I were with our Sunday School class group and I didn't didn't want to say anything at the time........

Don't use a credit card at the Rib Crib on S.Merdian in OKC. They'll charge it twice, promised a credit by their corporate headquarters, but that never happened.

Your location in Springdale, Ar leaves a lot to be desired in regards to customer service. My wife and I dropped by the springdale, Ar store to place an order for pick up 11:00 a.m. 09/16/2018. When I got there they told me they had nothing. They told me their only pick was for Amber. I told them we had no Amber in our family. They reviewed the contents of the order and I told them that was not mine, I had ordered the family rib pack. They asked who I gave my order to. I told them I did not know as noone wears a name badge. After stating three time I had ordered the the family rib pack the man ( belive it was the manager0 stated he did not know if he wanted to make the order. I satated he could go to HELL and left. Rib crib has good food but I will never go to that location angai.
