Richard is a specialist in developing high performance teams, individuals and organisations in both business and elite sport. He has 15 years experience as an established leader in commercial management and executive leadership coaching. This includes both corporate and SME markets with organisations such as Fremantle Football Club, Western Bulldogs Football Club (AFL) and TEAMelbourne (AFL, NRL, MRC, NBL, AN).

His focus is on leadership, executive development, entrepreneurship and organisational culture. He comes accredited as an educator & trainer, high performance coach and NLP master practitioner with a passion to create and develop business savvy citizens, executives, elite athletes and teams.

He also has a proven sporting background as a successful leader with a list of accomplishments in a range of management positions. Richard is also the founder and director of Premiership Coach.
