“Pollo El Provocon” came to life in the year 2004 from the idea and creation of the Peralta family, when they joined their vision by creating a concept for delicious Chicken and Ribs cooked in woodfire, marinated with natural ingredients, thus accomplishing a difference in its texture by making it more juicier, tastier, crunchier and by far the healthiest in the world.
