Having returned from his travels and working experiences at Justin North's Becasse in Sydney & Chris Salan's Mosaic in Bali, Chef Robin Ho has concieved a new menu that focuses on the very best produce and ingredients avaliable. Including home cured magret of duck from Landes, the freshest lobsters from Maine, as well as exceptional seasonal ingredients sourced from specialist farms and fisheries from Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Cooking only from the season, but inspired by the cultural crossroads of our modern Asian heritage, this is an exciting new menu to be experienced. Offering a modern take on the classic fish market, Pierside will deliver a great value 3 course lunch menu at $35, hence living up to its reputation as one of the city's most accessible, yet exciting restaurant dining experiences.
