Chef Troy Graves (Montarra, Eve, Tallulah) presents a tasting menu inspired by the cuisine of the European nations plagued by Phylloxera in the late 19th century.
Clint Rogers (The Gage, Henri) will complement with beer and spirited beverage pairings reminiscent of the times when wine was quite literally off the table.
5 courses with beverage pairings
