Our Humble Origins:
Now here's a little story I gots to tell,
about three bad brothers you know so well.
It started way back in history with Trey, AJ, and Hsiao Chi

Well it really started in 2013! We three got connected with our passion for food and we had a vision to combine our experience with Caribbean and Southeast Asian flavors to conceive Papa Bois. We are excited to share with you our unique food and would love to meet you!
