Artspace / Restaurant : The NINES Slow Bean and culture club exists to serve our community of artists, students, locally conscious professionals and neighbours who are interested in this alternative meeting and eating cultural amenity.
Our simple menu makes healthy food accessible to our customers while emphasizing creative flavours and artistic presentation. In short, we care about the whole experience from the moment you walk in our door. How is that different from other businesses, we're not sure, except that our model demonstrates the a small committed group of people can access and develop business projects independently of any outside funding. The NINES is an entirely user supported social enterprise.
