Nanking Restaurant is a unique Asian fusion restaurant in Jersey City serving delicious, authentic food from the famed Chinese city of Nanking. After Nanking was overtaken by the British in 1842, a new era of food started taking shape. Many small eateries opened quickly, and the food was modified to suit the palates of the visitors and to entice them to come back. This fusion cuisine became very popular, and is one of the most defining characteristics of Nanking.
At Nanking Restaurant, we offer a glimpse into the city of Nanking through authentic food that you would truly find there. A combination of Asian and Indian fusion dishes, Nanking Restaurant offers a truly unique dining experience in the middle of Jersey City.
