My Big Fat Greek Kouzina cooks, bakes and serves. We are foodies, that came together, to share our cooking with you.
Ayse is about become a certified pastry chef. She is Turkish and married to a Greek. She had the chance to reach non touristic Greek mamma's recipes... Turkish and Greek cooking blended, there comes the perfect result.
Yiannis is the Greek. He always has been very good friends with grill...just like half of the Greek men. When he realized the demand and need in Manila, he decided to switch careers and joined My Big Fat Greek Kouzina team, to do what he likes most.
