Matyson Restaurant is a pioneer in the hugely popular BYOB scene in Philadelphia. Our cuisine is considered to be hyper-seasonal new American. We are committed to using local produce and livestock whenever possible. One feature that sets us apart from the pack is our weekly tasting menu that showcases whatever is fresh and in season.
