Madame Waffles is a University Project created by me, Stephanie Post. I am a 4th year Digital Interaction Design student and this project is for the module Design Enterprise 2 which entails in creating a blueprint for a successful business. I have decided to do Madame Waffles because I believe there is a gap in the market for a Belgian waffle cafe/store in Scotland and I therefore want to increase the popularity of waffles in the country.
