Authentic Indian Kerala Cuisine.
A food demonstration of India's finest healthy cuisine using the principles of Ayurveda in a relaxed atmosphere of an informal dinner.

1. Welcome Drink (Punch with Exotic fruits Alcoholic/ Non Alcoholic)
2. Starters upon arrival: Prawn Masala Varuval / Potato Masala/Varuval (V)
3. Main: Basmati Rice with Sambar (will be demonstrating) and
Beetroot Thoran with shredded coconut (V)
4. Dessert: Glazed Ripe Plantain with Vanilla Ice Cream.
5. Sides: Poppadoms/ Raita/Chutney
