HUTONG LOT10
A gourmet’s heaven of street food vendors who have sustained their family recipes for no less than three generations. HUTONG LOT10, THE BEST FOODCOURT IN KL!
If you like to eat street delicacies but dislike the environment, you should visit Hutong Lot 10. It is the new food court right in the heart of KL, serving you good hawker food by old gourmet who moved from their street stalls to the air-conditioned indoors.
The highlight of Hutong Lot 10 is that famous vendors from different locations, such as KL, Ipoh, Penang and Singapore, are now available under one roof. Popular stalls like Kim Lian Kee Hokkien Noodles, Ho Weng Kee Wantan Noodles, Mo Sang Kor Bak Kut Teh, Honkee Porridge, Campbell Mini Popiah and Ipoh Nga Choy Chicken are constantly in great demand, so, be patient and wait in queues for your meal. Other than authentic Chinese cuisines, the food court is also made up of stalls like German Café, Cheeky Doe, Berrylicious, Pomodoro serving Western food while Kluang Station, Ducking and Thai Corner serve other Asian cuisines. While you are there, you will also notice that there are dim sum carts from Luk Yu Tea House and drink carts being pushed around the dining area for your convenience.
The overall layout of the food court may look confusing because the stalls are placed in between the dining area. Different colours and themes are splashed across the food court to create a contemporary modern ambience as compared to the mundane plain food courts. Although you will be enjoying street food, expect to pay a little more as a full meal ranges from RM15 – RM25 depending on your choice of food. A word of advice, it is best to be there early and you will be able to have the luxury of time to browse through every stall to choose a meal that suits your appetite. (as reviewed by KLue)
