What is a kolache?
There are several versions of the said kolache. Ours are inspired by the kolaches that made quite an impression on Texans to become an iconic morning treat. Easily battling any donut or bagel, the original kolaches were introduced to Texas by Czech immigrants. Following tradition, these delicious delights were often shared around the holidays or special occasions. Not to anyone's surprise they spread quickly and with growing popularity, savory varieties were born, i.e. the sausage with cheese varieties.

When making our kolaches, we choose only organic, low-fat and local when possible to ensure these are the yummiest for you and your loved ones.
