Half N’ Half Water Ice LLC was established in the summer of 2003 (formerly known as Yum Yum Delicious Water Ice) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, by twin brothers Rashad and Rodney Banks.

Half N’ Half Water Ice is engaged in the production, distribution, and sales of a popular frozen treat called Water Ice. Water Ice is a fat-free, low-calorie refreshing frozen treat that is as much of a staple in Philadelphia as a cheese steak. Water Ice can be enjoyed by all ages from 1 to 100. Water Ice is offered in a variety of flavors and can be made to be sugar-free as well. Half N’ Half Water Ice offers nine main flavors that include Cherry, Lemon, Blue Raspberry, Strawberry Lemonade, Mango, Grape, Pineapple, Strawberry, and Chocolate. Half N’ Half Water Ice has the capability to make a wide array of flavors, as far as the customers imagination stretches! All Water Ice is made fresh daily to maintain consistency and 100% satisfaction for our loyal customers. Half N’ Half Water Ice also offers a unique drink which is the signature drink offered. This is called a Half N’ Half, where any flavor Water Ice is expertly blended together with vanilla ice cream. Another unique treat that is offered by Half N’ Half Water Ice is called a Gelati. This made by beautifully layering any flavor Water Ice with vanilla ice cream. Half N’ Half Water Ice is confident in believing that there is a treat offered that can be satisfying and fulfilling for every customer. These are 3 of the different products I offer, the frist is called the Gelati, where vanilla ice is layered on the top and bottom of any flavored waterice, and the second is called the Half N Half that's any flavored waterice blended with vanilla ice cream, and the third is just waterice
