  I made an appointment yesterday for 1pm today, and when i went in at 2 minutes to 1 the lady was just starting to prepare someone else to get their hair cut and asked me to wait. Disgraceful service, will never go back. Walked out, I made an appointment for the 15 minutes i could spare, not to watch someone else get their hair cut.
