Gusto (pronounced GOO-stoh) is the Italian word for "taste" or "flavor". It is our belief that food should be enjoyed and savored as an experience of all five senses, but the greatest of these is taste. Gusto on the Go Bistro was conceived with the notion that gourmet food can be, and is, accessible and affordable on a daily basis. Stop by our food truck along our daily route during the week, or book us for your catering and special event needs! Also available, fully prepared take-home dinners...all you have to do is pick it up and pop it in the oven when you get home!
