Gorilla in the Cafe serves only 100% Hawaiian coffee from some of Hawaii's top award winning coffee producers. From its 100% Hawaiian espresso blend to the 100% Hawaiian brew blend, all coffee drinks served at Gorilla is made with the best quality beans produced in Hawaii.

Gorilla in the Cafe sources its beans directly from local independent farmers and roasters. We work with some of Hawaii's most respected farms and roasters directly to provide the highest quality, fresh roasted beans available in Hawaii.

We have a full espresso bar as well as blended drinks, sandwiches and pastries. Gorilla in the Cafe also features a single serve Pour Over Bar where customers can try the various award winning and highly rated coffees we sell retail. The coffees sourced by Gorilla in the Cafe have rated 92 and 95 points on Coffee Review, the World's Leading Coffee Guide as well as win first place in various cupping competitions throughout the state.
