Dragoncello is a brand new, concept boutique restaurant that just opened in London Notting Hill stones away from the magic Portobello Road.
Born from the genius of Tobia Speranza, Italian business man from Naples with a long experience in the food industry ,and the Italian Master Chef Monserrato Marini from Sardinia(best chef 2007), Dragoncello is the 'MUST' place for this spring.
Offering a warm, homey atmosphere it is at the same time extremely sophisticated and refined: a new concept of luxury which shifts the old 'Italian restaurant' into a completely different culinary experience.
