Over the past three and a half years, we have made so many wonderful friends operating as Vareli, a Mediterranean restaurant and wine bar. We have read and listened to all of your lovely comments and each one has validated what we hoped to accomplish. • Occasionally an opportunity presents itself and we have but a fraction of a moment to grab that opportunity and make something truly outstanding of it. In our case an opportunity presented itself that caused us to change our direction slightly and as such we are pleased to announce our transformation into Domain NYC. • The ownership has not changed, nor have our philosophies. Our promise to you…The quality of food and service to which you are accustomed will dramatically increase as we push ourselves in the pursuit of perfection. • Domain NYC is a Chef and Sommelier driven restaurant featuring the innovative Modern American cuisine of two-time Michelin-Starred Executive Chef Derrick Styczek. The menu will focus on Sustainably farmed and fished seafood and organically grown meats and vegetables with a spotlight on our fresh Raw Bar. • We can’t wait to show you the new Restaurant, but for now we have to do some small projects and so we will be closed until the 21st of August.
