Craft Sushi and Noodles is a unique fusion of Asian cuisine and California inspired recipes. Featuring over 30 gourmet rolls, our hand-crafted designs range from the simple (Cali Krab – Krabstick, Avocado, Cucumber) to the sublime (Crazy Cajun – Crawfish Tails, Cucumber, Green Onion, Jalapeno | Napa – Salmon, Dates, Asparagus, Feta Cheese, Pecan Pieces and Balsamic Glaze).
Our healthy menu has a wide range of available options fit to suit even the most novice sushi eater. Not in the mood for raw fish? We also have an extensive choice of steak, chicken, and shrimp options. Pick from our low-cal selections, or customize a roll exactly how you want it. Vegan or gluten-free?
