Desk and co-working space available in COMMUNE Collaborative Warehouse for Creatives. We are looking for freelancers, entrepreneurs and small businesses working in the creative industry who are after a unique, social and creative work environment.

Designed and managed for individuals, freelancers and small businesses looking for a place to call their own, COMMUNE is located in an industrial-era warehouse in Erskineville, 50 metres behind King Street, Newtown and just 5kms from the Sydney CBD. This unique space oozes rustic charm with exposed bricks, industrial patina and high wooden beamed ceilings.

We are committed to helping you succeed by partnering with you to cater to the needs of your business and projects. We encourage collaboration on projects, sharing of ideas, resources and a harmonious collective vibe. It’s also a good place to just hang out, shoot the breeze and enjoy a cold beer amongst like-minded peeps after work.

Amongst us are photographers, interior designers, industrial designers, visual merchandisers, graphic and digital designers, event producers, web developers, marketing and PR teams, writers and communication coordinators.

Full-time membership gets you a dedicated space to call your own and full access to our beautiful 150sqm warehouse 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.

Features include a large pine desk, chair, lockable storage, shared meeting/social space, highspeed unlimited internet, printing/scanning/fax facilities, shared data storage server, kitchen, bathroom and laundry plus all the facilities you need to operate your business.

COMMUNE is the perfect place for anyone wanting to escape the uninspiring and distracting home office environment to work alongside and collaborate with a growing community of talented people. We have 10 full time desks available so you're guaranteed to never feel over crowded.

COMMUNE SERVICES AND RATES
Day rate: $40 + GST a day/per person for full desk

Full-time membership (24hr access): $140 +GST per week
= 24/7 access, large dedicated desk and designated storage.
Full access to all features.

* Discounted rates apply for more than 2 desks on application.
