We like to go back to basic in espresso making and in understanding coffee.
With BEANS, we use only single origin beans.
We always have two on offer, for us and customer to discover what beans really taste with no fancy blending
With GRINDERS, we also have two: the professionally reckonised Mazzer Robur and the less know Eureka Olypus KR. It is for us to critcally understand one essential step that affects taste of coffee.
For the MACHINE, the pre-pump 40s spring lever technology was our choice as it seems to work well with single origin beans. So we have a Bosco 2 group spring lever espresso machine from Naples, where we can really 'pull' our coffee
and above all, we love to share what we are passionate with, coffee (and tea) that taste delicious that you would come back for more!
