Well-known as the birth place of "DITA MONI" ディタモーニ発祥の店
Since 1992、onwer bartender Mr.Kosho Hagino 萩野公昇（はぎの こうしょう）opened
1st Shop at Chiba-ken Ichihara-ctiy Japan 千葉県市原市姉ヶ崎駅前に第一号店。
2nd Shop in 1996 in Chiba-city 千葉店（京成千葉中央駅前マクドナルド２F）に2号店
3rd Shop in 1999 at Tokyo Ginza 東京銀座店
その後日本国内にて系列BARを多数経営、
in 2006 in Singapore 初の海外店をSingaporeにOPEN。
in 2007 in Seoul Korea 韓国ソウル店をFCにてOPEN。

バックバーに並ぶお酒は、銀座店では1800種類を数え、その重さに耐える為に、
鉄柱にて作ったバックバーは日本初。
