Authentic Chicago style Italian beef joint

After moving to the West coast from downtown Chicago, we were upset to find that there were virtually zero beef stands close to us. Then an oportunity came about to open a location on Venice boardwalk at Muscle Beach... Welcome to Chicago Nick's! We do authentic Italian beef from scratch. Our beef is our own recipe, roasted and sliced on site. Our jus is made from the natural drippings. We brine our own spicy giardiniera, and we get our fresh bread straight from Chi-Town.
