Chicago Distilling Company is a craft distillery in the historic Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago. Founded in 2010 by the DiPrizio family we are excited to open our tasting room in Spring 2013 for tours and tastings.
Chicago Distilling Company makes small-batch spirits with a strict attention to detail worthy of our heritage. That means family recipes, legacy techniques and 100% organic grains specifically planted, grown and harvested by Illinois farmers for our spirits. Everything is crafted, bottled and packaged by hand in our unique facility in full view of our visitors. Unlike our ancestors, we don't mind if people see us at work.
