Cheeks in a bun - shredded beef, manchego cheese, avocado, lettuce, onions
Pork belly club - pork belly, jamon serrano, manchego cheese, avocado, apples,
mixed greens, onions
Spanish veggie - piquillo peppers, goat cheese, red onions, apples and mixed greens
Papas Bravas - a traditional Spanish tapa , fried - diced potatoes, with a smokey
sweet seasoning
