Bricolage is a term used in several disciplines, defined as, ''to make
creative and resourceful use of whatever materials are at hand
(regardless of their original purpose)."

Our humble truck exemplifies its moniker. Composed of aluminum
sheeting originally used to cover B52 Flying Fortresses during World
War II, the truck has subsequently served as a delivery van, a touring
vehicle for a mysterious (and still unnamed) country and western band
during the 1970s, and most recently as an ice cream truck.

Now it reaches what is, perhaps, its final destination: an outlet to
provide Austin with carefully crafted espresso and pour over coffee
beverages. WIth Bricolage, we intend to expound upon the spirit of
originality, which has been a hallmark of the truck throughout its
long and winding journey, adding to it our own form of artistry, as
well as a true, undeniable love for coffee.
