all our products are handmade and baked in the stone ground oven.
we use only certified organic ingredients for bread making process.
our passion is to bake finest organic artisan breads in true french tradition.

what makes our bread unique?

boulangerie saint george uses no additives, preservatives, or
chemical improvers during our bread making process.
we use a slow fermentation process for bread making, by adding sourdough, a natural rising agent, which produces a more flavorful bread with better texture.

natural spring water

boulangerie saint george is using natural spring water for making bread. our spring water has minerals and free of chlorine, and some other chemicals. natural spring water improves the quality of bread, enriches the flavor of all our products
