Beuchert’s Saloon is a neighborhood restaurant and bar serving up a ‘farm American’ dining experience in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Washington, DC. Ingredients are sourced from our family farm in Poolesville, MD as well as other small local farms and co-ops in the area, and translated into playful American fare with a creative twist.
The original Beuchert’s Saloon was founded in this very same location in 1880, and legend has it that throughout Prohibition, it operated as a speakeasy. We pay homage the rich history of this space and its previous owners, in bringing you Beuchert's No. 2.
