Step into Anar Restaurant at Resorts World Sentosa and one would imagine that they have arrived in the Middle East. With an array of eclectic furniture, Arabic decorations and paintings that depict the move in history throughout the Middle East, one would be impressed with the Arabian-influenced setting, the traditional Middle Eastern food and the warm hospitality signature of the Arabic world.
Anar Singapore is new addition to the chain of very successful Anar restaurants in the Dubai and Abu Dhabi and very soon in Qatar.
Authentic Arabic Aroma
Anar Restaurant serves up traditional Arabic & Middle Eastern food that uses recipes and marinades that have been practiced for The chef and his staff also hail from Middle East, Persia and Lebanon and have been fast gaining worldwide recognition for excellent authentic Middle Eastern food for many years.
Delicate Designs
The round shaped building is made to emphasize the Arabian aesthetics within the design while the lighting around the restaurant is inspired by the low-hanging old lamps within the Blue Mosque in Istanbul that have been used for hundreds of years.
Even the tiles that are used within the Arabic Persian Arches at the centre of the restaurant are hand-made and imported from Iran, detailing the perimeter of semi-circular arches which are Moroccan in origin.
A Middle Eastern dining experience
Dining at Anar is akin to a musical symphony – where the journey lets you sample foods from all of Middle East at one place, just like a harmony of sounds in an orchestra. Patrons can expect to dine in the restaurant until they are full as it is in Middle Eastern culture to fill their guests to the brim as a show of hospitality.
