Bourke Street After Hours

As the bakery day ends, AFTER HOURS begins.
Chef Sam Bennett’s menu is a sophisticated mix of local and seasonal flavours
served from the bar as well as the kitchen.

A very smart NSW focused Australian wine list along with a collection of aperitifs
and digestives is on offer. Pate, salads, charcuterie, cheese, antipasti and a
selection of seafood and slow roasted meats are served on little plates and shared
platters to suit all appetites.
