When You're In The Mood For "REAL" Hawaiian Food in Tucson... Only A Little Taste of Aloha Will Do!

6 years ago after moving to Tucson via Las Vegas, NV, Ed Fong, as a single dad of a teenage daughter quickly noticed that there was no "REAL" Authentic Hawaiian Restaurants available.

Frustrated and mad about all of the fake Hawaiian places in Tucson that weren't giving Hawaii the proper representation of real Hawaii and giving Hawaiian food a bad name Ed decided to start Tucson's first and ONLY Authentic Hawaiian Food Cuisine outlet still going into our 7th year - 2012.
