5 Pollen is a boutique Italian restaurant and bar in Mayfair designed by 'Y.B.Artist' Gary Hume (White Cube), featuring the talents of chef Massimo Tagliaferri (ex-Gordon Ramsay).
Our aim is to create a fun conceptual space for the best of art, music and fashion within a traditional restaurant environment.
Keeping in line with this philosophy, we've partnered up with key young talents from the these fields to 'curate' elements of the space. Our curators are constantly creating new bespoke designs for everything inside 5 Pollen; including the art on the walls, the music, staff uniforms, even down to the drinks at our Italian granite-topped bar.
