New Restaurant Ipoh Chicken Rice aims to provide its customers a reasonable price, using only premium and top notch raw ingredients for food process. We treat employee’s welfare seriously and provide training and rewards for those who join us which encourages long-term, satisfying, growth employment. Our premise is designed aesthetically to create an environment to woo customers. We strive to create and maintain a restaurant that is comprehensive and exceptional in its attention to every detail of operation. We aim to be a giving member of the Malaysian community in the near future and to use our premise to improve of the quality of life of population in Klang Valley and Kuala Lumpur. We believe in sustainability of the traditional chicken rice industry and adopt fair trade policy as a key to drive our business forward. Our main priority is to establish additional outlets in crowded town and city. Later, our effort will be a further development of more of chicken rice outlets in the surrounding area.
~Restaurant Design~
Our restaurant total space requirement is between 2,800 to 3,000 square feet. Our restaurant features a comfortable environment and an open kitchen concept. The dining area will allocate approximately 200 to 450 seats and the outdoor 20 to 50 seats.
~Operating Criteria~
Our restaurant will service lunch, dinner, and after-hours dining during the week and weekends. The restaurant will operate during peak service time to take advantage of street traffic, and after-hour patronage from the entertainment facilities in the area. Service will be availablethrough out the day from 9 am till 11.30 pm.

Our menu is simple. We will keep a small group of constants on the menu and then feature a chef's recommendation that we plan will account for 85% of meals ordering. This will help us to reduce waste and plan ingredients and purchasing.Our chefs have great latitude in designing and producing menu offerings from Chinese cultures. We will endeavor to procure all the traditional, authentic ingredients necessary to hold true to these varied and interesting cultural recipes. Our goal is to create the image of a satisfying second home good food restaurant.
